Kurvana

Anonymous | November 08, 2019 | 6 3

If you could please spread the word to people to not buy kurvana carts even from legal shops, it would be saving a lot of people a lot of headaches and $. Supposedly they lost their head chemist and whoever they brought on can't seem to get stuff right. they released a whole bunch of product that pulls wax through the vape cart and clogs, gets in your mouth etc. I'm 3/3 carts having the issue, the legal dispensary replaced it the first two times but this third time they told me they stopped carrying the brand because of all the issues and informed me about the chemist, told me to reach out directly to kurvana for a replacement, which I already did last week but still haven't heard back from them :(

I can agree with the kurvana post you just added. Our store has an uptick in kurvana returns due to clogging and oil shooting into the guests mouth. They offer no support and no real explanations when we mentions any issues or it’s their products. We are considering not carrying them.

I was never able to get a copy of the honey vape COA’s. I emailed the rep the same day I messaged you, and I still have not gotten a response ????

It's not that they changed the chemist. They changed the hardware. I have picked up kurvana for years. But you're right 100% oil shoots up the steam and the cart becomes clogged up. You lose like 50% of the full gram. I was completely disappointed.

I smoked Kurvana for over a year before legalization. Back in that day my Bloom carts started failing and I stepped up to Kurvana. Looking back I’m so aggrivated paying the price they charged. The oil was better than Bloom and it was a mixed bag of emotions. When legalization first started they were $90. Bull shit price and 4/10 carts leaked or clogged bad once they were half way through. Many days returning Kurvana carts and a handful of times had spitting hot oil. They blow...

Totally agree, I’ve been buying Kurvana and Select for a while and honestly both have gone down hill. I’ve been picking up lately fire from a brand called IONIC. Pretty dope branding but the Co2 quality is some of the best full spec I’ve had in a while. Their distillate cart is okay, but the full spec is off the charts in flavor and terpenes.

It is true they lost their head chemist (talent) a couple months ago. That is fact. I know him personally.

What does your friend say about them? I smoked them for a long time.

Nothing at all actually. I think they are not in his mind at all anymore. But the main point I remember back then was when management doesn't understand something and then they don't listen to the experts and talent they hire that is a HUGE red flag. He wished them the best when he left. IMO with current management it isn't likely they will get out of the hole they have dug anytime soon. Also IMO their brand used to be one of the best in Cali for vape pens and now it is just complaints left and right. Pretty sad I also used to smoke them for quite some time. I was hoping they would bring in more talent at the time and really make some big national moves. But instead it appears that they put management in that fundamentally does not understand what they are doing. Hoping they turn things around.
